Service Rates

IN LAB service rate is $35 per hour with a $35 minimum on a non-priority basis, or $55 per hour for priority/rush/while you wait service. We do not charge a diagnostic fee to identify the problem or charge for any downloads that may have to occur. We charge $35 minimum for the first hour and then charge per 15 minutes there after. It costs $35 minimum to have us do any work on your computer beyond looking at it.

 ON SITE service rate is $45 per hour plus a $25 trip charge. $70 minimum 1 hour & charge per 15 mins after the hour. We try to come the next day workload permitting. We will call first.

Priority/Emergency/Come ASAP/RUSH on-site jobs are billed at $60 per hour plus the $25 trip charge with a one hour minimum for on-site jobs! ($85 minimum)
